The role
We’re recruiting for Teaching Assistants to earn up to £110 per day. This role focuses on delivering phonics interventions, providing classroom support, and helping children achieve their full potential in a safe and engaging learning environment. Teaching Assistant job role: Support the class teacher in delivering learning activities within the Early Years Foundation Stage. Deliver phonics intervention sessions to small groups of children to support literacy development. Provide general classroom support for a class of up to 29 children. Assist with the preparation and organisation of learning resources and classroom activities. Support children's social, emotional, and educational development. Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in learning activities. Monitor and record pupil progress where required. Work with small nurture groups to help boost attainment and confidence. Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment. Support the wider Early Years team with day-to-day classroom duties.
