Learning & Development Business Partner
This is a newly created role within the People team. You will work closely with an L&D Administrator, HR, and Talent teams. Your role is to business partner with senior leaders, oversee the L&D function, and deliver high-quality learning experiences to meet business and colleague needs.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage an L&D team
* Create and implement a 5-year L&D strategy
* Support apprenticeship strategy, utilizing apprenticeship levy and aligning with business objectives for long-term talent development

Experience Required:
Teaching or learning development qualification or equivalent. Full, current driver's license. Proven experience in delivering innovative training in a multi-site environment. Confident presenter and effective leader with experience coaching and mentoring. Skilled in IT, training delivery, job evaluation, skills matrices, and apprenticeship management. Excellent written skills required.
