We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant and Admin Manager to provide comprehensive administrative support to multiple Software Engineering teams. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for all SWE teams in our London office and provide direct support to a local leader and his calendar. This role requires partnering with onsite cross-functional administrative assistants as well as assistants located in our US headquarters. You will work autonomously, take initiative and demonstrate flexibility in the face of change. The successful candidate will have a collaborative and friendly work style, be exceptionally well-organized, able to effectively multi-task, and prioritize work. Proven experience as an administrative assistant Experience supporting large teams including some calendar management. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), including high attention to detail, accuracy and timeliness are required. Highly motivated and must enjoy fast paced environment; ability to switch gears quickly. Experience in event planning and coordination. Experience leading, mentoring, or managing other admin.
