What You'll Be Doing:
* Handling inbound enquiries and resolving customer queries via phone, email, and web chat.
* Managing a caseload of customer queries and complaints from start to finish.
* Investigating and resolving issues by liaising with internal teams and external partners.
* Ensuring all communications are clear, professional, and customer-focused.
* Keeping accurate records and updating systems with outcomes and resolutions.
* Providing feedback to help improve customer processes and enhance service delivery.
What We're Looking For:
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* A calm and analytical approach to problem-solving.
* Previous experience in a customer service, administration, or complaints handling role (desirable but not essential).
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
* Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* A team player who thrives in a supportive and collaborative environment.
