Full-Time SEN Teaching Assistant – Bournemouth, Dorset
Salary: £13.75 per hour

Working Hours: Monday–Friday (Term-Time Only)
A specialist SEN/PRU secondary school in Bournemouth is seeking a dedicated full-time SEN Teaching Assistant to support students aged 11–16 with a range of special educational needs and behavioural challenges. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a school rated “Outstanding” by Ofsted, with a strong commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing.
Your Role Will Include:
* Supporting classroom teachers in delivering tailored learning experiences
* Assisting students with ADHD, ASD, SEMH, speech and language difficulties, and other behavioural needs
* Promoting positive behaviour and emotional regulation
* Helping students build confidence and resilience in a safe, structured environment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
