Based in Burgess Hill, we are a two‑site practice with excellent transport links and free on‑site parking. Main duties of the job
Mix of face‑to‑face and telephone consultations
Structured support for new or experienced GPs
A culture that genuinely prioritises GP wellbeing and sustainability

Participation in practice and team meetings
Minimal home visits, shared fairly when required
Minimal admin
15‑minute appointments, capped at 24 appointments per day
No Duty GP sessions
