To provide support through the planning / preparation / data gathering / execution phases to the Project Delivery Team. Key focus for this role is to deliver activities in order to support the Project to meet, or exceed, goals for quality, HSE, schedule, and budget performance.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure activities follow relevant Company requirements, industry standards, UK laws/regulations, and that involved work processes are being executed accordingly.
* Support the project leads, senior engineers and technical leads with cost estimating, annual budgeting, risk management, overall project planning & milestones, scenario planning, management of change and effective evaluate phase(s) so learnings can be taken forward.
* Support the project team by assisting with management of work scopes and liaising with contractors to resolve project specific tasks and challenges.
* Work with the project and Information Management (IM) teams to ensure the quality and completeness of knowledge & project content is maintained during the course of the project in accordance with IM procedures.
* Work with the project and client functions to support the required regulatory approvals and interfaces for the project.
* Actively and consistently contribute to risk (threat and opportunity) management throughout all project phases.
* Works with the project team & client functions to support relationship management for the project, for example: Joint Venture, regulatory and contractor relations.
* Contributes to effective and value-adding project reporting..
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Must be able to manage multiple work fronts and multiple deadlines
* Knowledge of subsea projects including installation and decommissioning
