Your Role As an Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing port activities from the control room, ensuring effective communication and coordination, as well as performing hands-on material handling operations. This dual-function position demands flexibility, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to maintaining operational excellence and safety. What you'll bring You will have: Ideally experience in port operations or control room environments. Valid certification or ability to obtain certification for material handling equipment operation. Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated flexibility and reliability in work duties and schedule. Proficiency in basic IT and control room software applications. Capability of performing material handling tasks. Commitment to upholding safety and operational standards. Who are we?
