Job Title: Carpenter Multi-Trade

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
Pay Rate:£22.00 - £23.00 per hour
Responsibilities
* Carrying out a variety of carpentry tasks, including framing, and door/window installations.
* Completing general maintenance work such as basic plumbing, tiling, plastering, and painting.
* Delivering both reactive and planned maintenance in occupied and void properties.
* Operating and maintaining tools and equipment responsibly.
* Providing excellent customer service to tenants and housing association representatives.
* Using an electronic hand held PDA device to receive and update job information, ensuring timely and accurate records of completed work.
Requirements
* Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
* City & Guilds OR NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry (preferred)
