Responsibilities
* Support the planned care pathway within the team.
* Assist with group delivery and coordination.
* Complete physical health checks (ECGs, venepuncture, etc.) for people on caseload.
* Receive clinical caseload and managerial supervision.
* Undergo thorough induction and comprehensive training opportunities.
Qualifications
* Foundation Degree in Health and Social Care.
* Literacy and Numeracy Level 2 or equivalent.
* Position is Band 4; not open to trainees.
