Job Description Job Title: Housing Disrepair – Part 8 Fee Earner Location: Manchester (Hybrid – 1 day office, 4 days WFH) Salary: Up to £29,000 per year Job Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Role A leading specialist law firm in Manchester is seeking an experienced Part 8 Fee Earner to join their growing Housing Disrepair team. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in managing issued Part 8 files and ideally has experience in closing files post-settlement. This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility to work 4 days from home and 1 day in the office each week.
