You will be someone who is knowledgeable about child development, but also about lots of things that children are interested in e. g. dinosaurs, sea creatures, wildlife, music, food, fairies, superheroes, birds, growing food etc. Things you are not so confident about, can become joint research with the children. The position is for a key person to tak e responsibility for a group of children - contributing to their journals, the planning and documentation of learning.
