Job Description
3. Managing client consultations with confidence over the project timeline
4. Taking the lead on the development of new business proposals and briefs
5. Building and demonstrating strong sector-relevant knowledge for specific client remits and strong understanding of client stakeholder environment
6. Providing proactive and reactive client advice
7. Ensuring best practice across accounts; acting as a gatekeeper ensuring all client-related documentation is accurate and of the highest standard.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Account Director - Built Environment should have:
