Pay: From £27,280 plus commissions
Location: TBC (Beverley/Driffield)
About you
We’re looking for an accomplished, driven, and people-focused Branch Manager to lead one of our busy offices. You’ll have a passion for property, a proven track record in estate agency, and the ability to inspire and motivate a team to deliver outstanding results. With strong leadership skills and a proactive approach, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where every day is different.
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring
 * A minimum of 3 years’ experience in estate agency (management experience preferred but not essential)
 * Confidence in leading, motivating and developing a team
 * A results-driven attitude with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
 * Excellent communication and negotiation skills
 * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
 * A customer-first mindset with pride in delivering exceptional service
 * Knowledge of the local area (desirable)
 * A full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle (essential)
What your day to day will look like
As Branch Manager, you’ll oversee the daily operations of your branch, guiding your team to success and ensuring every client receives the highest standard of service. You’ll take ownership of branch performance, drive business growth, and represent the Beercocks brand with professionalism and pride.
Key responsibilities
 * Leading and motivating a team of negotiators, supporting their performance and professional development
 * Increasing revenue and profitability across listings, sales, and financial services
 * Managing a portfolio of properties
 * Tracking overall and individual performance within the branch
 * Maintaining excellent communication with your team, customers and other branches
 * Supporting other areas of the business as required
