With a modern city-centre office and a reputation for doing things the right way, they're now looking for a motivated Property Manager to join their expanding team.
This is a brilliant opportunity to take ownership of your own portfolio of around 150 high-quality apartments, mostly across Manchester, with some remote oversight of units in other major UK cities. You'll be joining a friendly, high-performing team that values collaboration, open-mindedness, and a willingness to get stuck in. The Role
1. Manage a well-maintained residential portfolio, ensuring tenants and landlords receive a smooth, professional service
2. Be a key point of contact for residents, handling queries and keeping communication clear and timely
3. Support tenants through move-ins and move-outs, helping to create a positive experience at every stage
