Job Title: HR Advisor / Junior HR Business Partner (Fixed Term – 4 Months)

About the Role
We are seeking a Junior HR Business Partner / HR Advisor to join our HR team on a 4‑month fixed‑term basis, supporting managers with day‑to‑day people matters during a busy period.
This role is ideal for an HR professional with solid advisory experience who can quickly build relationships, provide practical HR guidance, and support consultation activity, with guidance from senior HR colleagues where required.
What your impact will be:
Consultation & Change Support
* Support HRBPs with consultation and change activity during the contract period
* Arrange meetings, prepare documentation and support managers through the process
* Track actions, timelines and outcomes to ensure compliance
What you'll need to succeed:
Experience
* Previous experience in an HR Advisor, HR Officer or Junior HRBP role
* Experience supporting Employment Relations cases and Human Resources processes
* Strong Excel experience, including data tracking, reporting and analysis
* Exposure to consultation, change activity or busy operational environments is beneficial

Qualifications
* CIPD Level 3 or working towards Level 5 (or equivalent experience)
