Due to sustained and growing demand on our in-house electrical loom manufacturing team, we are looking for an Electrical Inspector to join us in Banbury, providing support across our programmes and assist with the leading the Electrical Team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain a fully documented Quality System for the Electrical Workshop.
2. Liaise with Engineers and Technicians with regards to workshop build standards and ensure quality/drawing conformance of all assemblies prior to dispatch to the customer.
3. Ensure all work is carried out to Prodrive standards and externally made components are fit for purpose.
4. Write Cirris test programmes and perform tests.
5. Build and maintain test leads and equipment.
6. Initial build checks including pin retention, lengths and labels.
