Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer with a solid background in customer service, a deep understanding of API usage, and proficiency in GPU technology. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in technical support roles, with a strong inclination towards virtualization and enthusiasm for the AI/ML landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

1. API Expertise: Provide technical support regarding API integrations, troubleshooting, and optimization.
2. GPU Proficiency: Assist customers in leveraging GPU hardware for optimal performance.
3. Customer Service: Offer support via email, phone, chat, maintaining professionalism and empathy.
4. Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve technical issues, collaborating with teams as needed.
5. Documentation: Create and update support documentation and knowledge base articles.
6. Training and Guidance: Conduct training sessions on API use and GPU performance.
7. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends and share insights.

Qualifications and Skills:

* 2-3 years in technical support, especially API and GPU technologies.
* Strong API knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
* Familiarity with GPU functionalities and troubleshooting.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills in English.

Good to have:

* Knowledge of Kubernetes.
* Understanding of virtualization technologies.
* Interest in AI/ML technologies.
