We’re urgently looking for two Customer Service Representatives to join a friendly, supportive, and fast-paced team in Grantham. As a key member of the customer service function, you’ll ensure clients receive a smooth, high-quality experience across a network of UK sites. From onboarding new customers to managing daily enquiries and bookings, you’ll be at the centre of keeping everything running efficiently.
What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting customer onboarding and maintaining service databases.

Liaising with partners and suppliers to coordinate service delivery.

Producing customer reports and processing quotes, purchase orders, and sales orders.
*
Setting up new contracts and accurately managing customer records.
*
Responding to enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face.
*
Organising and managing bookings using internal systems.
*
Working closely with operations, sales, commercial, IT, and finance teams.
*
Updating portals and systems with accurate data for reporting.
*
Assisting with training and supporting new team members when required.
About You – What We’re Looking For
Essential:

Previous experience in customer service or an administrative environment.
*
Confident using internal systems, databases, and Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry skills.
*
Excellent communication skills and a professional approach to customer interaction.
*
Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

A positive, reliable team player who’s equally comfortable working independently.
