On behalf of Network Rail, we are looking for a Consents Manager for a 6 month contract which is a hybrid role so does require up to 3 days a week in the London office

As a Consents Manager, your main responsibilities will be:
* Set the strategic direction for consents and environmental assessments, embedding requirements early in project development.
* Develop multi-disciplinary consenting strategies, integrating land, planning, and environmental considerations, and advise on optimal consent routes (TWAO, DCO, Hybrid Bill).
* Create and deliver procurement strategies for specialist suppliers, leading tendering and contract award processes.
* Implement assurance regimes to ensure compliance with statutory obligations, governance, and the PACE Framework, reporting on risk, cost, time, and quality.
