£42,000-£45,000 plus car

A growing UK main contractor delivering complex healthcare and modular construction projects is looking to appoint a Health & Safety Advisor as part of its next phase of growth.
This is a regional, delivery-focused role, supporting multiple live and upcoming projects across the Home Counties.
The opportunity
You’ll be joining a business that is:

* Delivering technically complex projects in regulated environments

The role
* Regional H&S support across multiple live sites
* Working closely with site teams, delivery managers and senior leadership
* Influencing behaviours and standards in fast-paced environments
* Supporting both construction delivery and post-completion operations
* Regular travel and occasional overnight stays required
What they’re looking for
* Background in construction before moving into Health & Safety
* 12+ months experience.
* NEBOSH Construction (Diploma support available)
* Confident, pragmatic and able to challenge when needed
* Approachable, relationship-driven, but not a pushover
* Comfortable in businesses that are growing and evolving
* Happy with a hands-on, site-facing role
