Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a fair and manageable case load within both Assessment and Intervention and our Permanence teams
* Utilize agile working kit to work flexibly and remotely
* Access training opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
* Work in partnership with other professionals and engage in court work and direct family support using the supporting families, enhancing futures model
Requirements
* Social Work qualification
* Registration with Social Work England
* Relevant experience in social work
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
* Commitment to continuous professional development
