Teaching Personnel is recruiting Level 3 Qualified Teaching Assistants to support secondary schools across Northumberland. These roles offer flexible working opportunities and the chance to make a real impact on pupils' learning and development.
We're working with a variety of educational settings that require skilled and passionate Teaching Assistants who can support classroom learning, provide targeted interventions, and contribute positively to the school environment.
Please note: A recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant (or equivalent childcare/education) qualification is essential for this role. Applications without the relevant qualification will not be considered.
What you'll be doing:
Providing one to one or small group support to pupils
Assisting with classroom management and behaviour support
Supporting pupils with additional learning needs where required
You need:
Recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent qualification (essential)
Previous experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive, proactive, and flexible approach to work
