VP Complex Care are a specialist provider of support for people living in the community with Acquired Brain Injuries and additional complex needs. Due to continued growth of our organisation, were now recruiting a Recruitment Resourcer to support our recruitment needs across the business as we continue to grow. Closing date for applications 8th April and any successful candidates will be contacted after this date The Role: This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and motivated individual to join our team here at VP. The ideal candidate will contribute to supporting the Recruitment function by: Resourcing and screening candidates Arranging interviews Completing Compliance checks (DBS, right to work, References) Arranging candidates to attend Mandatory training. Building personnel files Supporting the continued compliance of existing staff Working alongside our Field Care Managers to support advertising campaigns on recruitment job boards and social media. Requirements Proactive, positive and Customer focused Team player, always displaying a Can Do Attitude Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently with people at all levels within the business. Excellent organisation and planning skills with the ability to work on own initiative Efficient and reliable.
