Full Stack Developer
C#, React, Azure DevOps
Hybrid - Poole, Dorset (1 / 2 days per week in the office)

We're looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our agile software team and help build innovative, life-critical SaaS solutions for a global security company. You'll play a key role and be involved in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including design, development, testing, deployment, release, and monitoring of applications.
In addition to hands-on development, this role will take ownership of Azure DevOps pipelines, release management, and site reliability engineering (SRE) practices to ensure smooth, secure, and reliable delivery of our solutions.
What You'll Do
* Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using React, .NET Core, Entity Framework, RESTful APIs, and GraphQL.
* Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines to support automated testing, secure builds, and reliable deployments.
* Apply infrastructure-as-code practices and DevOps tooling to improve automation and consistency across environments.
* Work with the team to establish and follow best practices in software engineering, cloud security, and observability.
Required Skills:
* Strong experience with .NET Core, C#, Entity Framework, and RESTful API development.
* Frontend expertise with React (TypeScript preferred).
* Hands-on experience with DevOps (pipelines, builds, releases).
* Understanding of site reliability engineering principles, including monitoring, logging, and incident response.
* Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.
* Knowledge of agile practices (Scrum/Kanban).
Desirable skills/qualifications:
* Exposure to infrastructure as code (ARM/Bicep, Terraform, or similar).
* Experience with GraphQL (consuming or building APIs).
* Familiarity with Application Insights, Azure Monitor, or similar observability tools.
* Good understanding of cyber security.
