Assistant Installations ManagerOur client, a leading specialist installations provider, is seeking an experienced Assistant Installations Manager to support the day-to-day management of their Installation Team.Reporting to the Installations Manager, you will assist in delivering customer projects safely, on time, and within budget, while supporting field teams and ensuring operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesManage allocated installation projects, ensuring clear planning of dates, resources, and requirementsSupport scheduling and maintain accurate internal work plannersAttend site surveys and project meetings as requiredMonitor project costs and manage suppliers and crewsResolve installation issues and escalate where necessaryConduct site audits and spot checks, raising non-conformances where requiredSupport training, upskilling, and performance of Installation teamsMaintain Health & Safety compliance, including RAMSKey RequirementsExperience within mechanical and/or electrical installationStrong people management and leadership skillsKnowledge of RAMS and Health & Safety legislationExperience managing projects, resources, and schedulesConfident communicator with customer-facing experienceProficient in Microsoft OfficeFlexible, organised, and able to manage a fluid workloadThis is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on installation professional ready to step into a leadership support role within a growing organisation.To apply or learn more, please contact us today.
