What youll do: 1. Lead and execute a dynamic regional growth strategy across UK, Ireland, Europe, the Middle East & Africa 2. Build powerful relationships with dealer partners, architects, designers, and key decision-makers 3. Drive performance and accountability across a talented sales team (8 direct reports) 4. Collaborate across the wider MillerKnoll family to leverage synergies and fuel shared success 5. Own CRM strategy and data excellence to enable laser-focused, insight-driven sales execution
