This Family Law Solicitor / Partner role in Liverpool will suit a commercially astute and well-connected lawyer with strong experience advising high-net-worth individuals on complex divorce, financial remedy, and wealth protection matters. The Role:
* Lead and manage a Family Law team in Liverpool
* Build and develop a high-quality caseload and client base
* Advise on divorce, financial remedy, and private children matters
* Handle complex, privately funded work for HNW clients
* Drive business development and establish a strong presence in the Liverpool market
* Take ownership of office growth, including recruitment and team structure
* Work closely with senior leadership on strategy, performance, and expansion
* Mentor and develop junior lawyers and senior fee earners
The Candidate:
* Senior Family Solicitor or Partner from a reputable firm
* Strong technical expertise across private family law
* Proven leadership experience or readiness to step into a Head of Office role
* Well-connected in the Liverpool / wider North West market
* Commercially astute with strong client relationship skills
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a clear focus on growth and development
