Private Client Solicitor - Liverpool
Puro Associates are representing a respected and growing law firm in Liverpool, currently seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their team in a leadership capacity. This is a superb opportunity for an ambitious solicitor to take the next step in their career, working with high-quality private client matters while leading and developing a supportive team.
The Role
As a Private Client Solicitor in this firm, you will :
* Advise clients on a full range of Wills, Trusts, Probate, and Estate Planning matters.
* Manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision, ensuring excellent client service.
* Provide leadership to junior team members, offering supervision, mentoring, and guidance.
* Take responsibility for achieving billing targets and supporting wider team goals.
* Ensure compliance with WIQS, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
* Contribute to business development through networking, marketing, and social media activity.
* Build lasting relationships with clients, referrers, and professional contacts across Liverpool and the wider North West.
* Play an active role in departmental strategy alongside senior leadership.
Key Skills & Experience
* 5+ years PQE as a Private Client Solicitor.
* Strong technical expertise in Wills, Trusts, and Probate.
* Excellent communication and client care skills.
* Commercially aware, with the ability to generate and grow business.
* Leadership and people management experience.
* Organised, reliable, and trustworthy.
* STEP qualification (or willingness to work towards it) is desirable.
