Main duties of the job

About the role
Your focus as Care Assistant will be to deliver high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents.
Other responsibilities include:
* Assisting residents with personal hygiene, ensuring independence, dignity, and respect.
* Recognizing and understanding clinical risks such as weight loss, pressure sores, falls, and infections, and escalating risks promptly.
* Acting courteously towards residents and visitors, respecting their dignity and individuality.
* Practicing safe systems of work across tasks.
