The Finance team at Raisin UK currently consists of a Head of Finance and Finance Manager and is now growing with the addition of a Senior Finance Manager. This is an individual contributor role, ideal for someone who thrives on ownership and variety, and is eager to take on broader responsibilities across financial reporting, controlling, and business partnering. You’ll work closely with the Head of Finance and gain exposure to a wide range of operational finance topics. Your Responsibilities
* Preparation of timely and accurate monthly, (quarterly) and annual financial reports according to IFRS and management reports.
* Completing financial forecasts and budgets.
* Providing regular analysis of trading performance.
* Providing ad-hoc analysis and reporting to finance stakeholders within the group.
* Supporting on developing the controlling & internal reporting systems landscape.
* Evaluating internal financial processes and internal control systems.
* Delivery of key finance processes such as revenue invoicing.
* Supporting on the development of finance business partnering, in particular on People Operations, Marketing & IT.
* Support projects and implementation of group wide systems.
* Support delivery of key finance processes such as revenue automation.
* Support auditors in conducting internal and external audits.
Your Profile
* A completed Business, Finance or Accounting degree.
* 4+ years experience in roles like financial controller or managerial accounting.
* Deep understanding of UK GAAP accounting standards and IFRS (preferable but not a must).
* IT affinity and very good knowledge of MS Office, GSuite and ERP systems (ideally Oracle Netsuite).
* Analytical thinking skills (number crunching) and a structured, independent way of working.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex contexts in a clear and easily understandable way.
* Very good financial modeling skills.
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment where a high level of accuracy and problem solving skills matter.
