We seek a capable and well-organised Research Administrator to support the Manchester DATAMIND-Observatory, a new national initiative using advanced UK health and administrative data to improve mental-health research and industry collaboration. The postholder will provide day-to-day administrative support across the programme. Responsibilities include coordinating meetings and communications, maintaining project documentation and contact lists, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, servicing internal working groups, organising small events, and supporting routine financial processes. The role also involves liaising with central University services and helping ensure compliance with data-governance requirements.

Applicants should have excellent attention to detail, strong time-management skills, experience working with confidential information, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The post would suit someone proactive, reliable, and comfortable working within a small, collaborative team.
