You'll work closely with the Email Marketing Executive to implement industry leading email and SMS campaigns in an exciting, fast-paced, collaborative environment.

As an Email Marketing Assistant within our award-winning CRM team, you'll be key in developing and executing our CRM strategy across holiday and holiday home sales. Campaign Build: Create industry leading Email and SMS campaigns, focused on creating innovative experiences that support business objectives for both holiday bookings and holiday home sales.
Reporting & Analysis: Collate reports using the marketing platform and GA4 to support the Email Marketing Executive in the creation of report insight and analysis.
Ensure all CRM communications are engaging, relevant, and personalized to our diverse customer base, enhancing their overall experience with Parkdean Resorts.
Industry Awareness: Stay abreast of the latest CRM trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the Email Marketing Executive to support the channel strategy and objectives.

A passion for marketing and a desire to learn and develop in this field.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
Strong creative skillset with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (or similar) to assist in the creation of visually engaging email content.
Familiarity with marketing platforms and Google Analytics is beneficial but not essential.
