About the role:
You will join our Retirement Finance Business Partnering team, working closely with the Chief Investment Office (CIO). Your focus will be on Shareholder and Policyholder Funds, as well as supporting Credit Risk oversight. Your responsibilities include driving performance, delivering insights, preparing reports, and implementing improvements to support strategic decision-making.
Skills and experience required:
* Experience in finance, investment management, or a related field
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
* Proficiency with financial analysis and reporting tools
* Knowledge of credit risk management (desirable)

* Salary: £70,000 - £75,000 (National), £85,000 - £90,000 (London), depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications
