Are you an analytical and detail-oriented Reward Analyst looking to take your career to the next level? We are recruiting a Reward Analyst to join a fast-paced, global organisation in Maidenhead.
As a Reward Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping the company’s compensation approach through data-driven insights and best practices. Working closely with the Reward Manager and wider HR team, you’ll support a range of projects using Willis Towers Watson methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct job evaluation using Willis Towers Watson frameworks
* Lead salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive compensation structures
* Prepare gender pay gap reports and provide insights for action planning
* Support annual compensation cycles including salary review and bonus planning
* Analyse internal and external reward data to inform HR and business decisions
Key Skills & Qualifications
* Proven experience in a Reward, Compensation & Benefits, or HR Analyst role
* Strong knowledge of job evaluation and benchmarking tools, particularly WTW methodology
* Excellent Excel and data analysis skills
* Familiarity with UK gender pay gap reporting
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global business environment
