Role: Senior HVAC Engineer
Salary: £45,000 £55,000
Location: Nationwide (UK)
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Vehicle: Company Van Provided
About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior HVAC Engineer to join a small, high-performing engineering team delivering commercial HVAC services across major UK distribution and warehouse facilities primarily within the facilities of global ecommerce business.
This is a hands-on senior role, ideal for an engineer who enjoys responsibility, problem-solving, and working across a wide variety of commercial environments. You will act as the senior member of a three-engineer team, providing technical leadership while remaining fully operational on the tools.
Key Responsibilities
* Service, maintain and repair commercial air conditioning systems
* Fault finding and diagnosis on HVAC and associated mechanical systems
* Carry out minor mechanical works as required
* Ensure compliance with F-Gas, Gas Safe and H&S standards
* Support and mentor junior engineers within the team
* Liaise professionally with site contacts and management teams
* Travel nationwide to attend warehouse and distribution centre sites
What Were Looking For
* Proven experience in commercial HVAC / AC engineering
* F-Gas qualified (essential)
* Gas Safe registered (essential)
* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving ability
* Comfortable working independently and leading a small team
* Flexible and willing to travel nationwide when required
* Professional, reliable and customer-focused attitude
