Your Responsibilities As a PMLD Support Assistant, you will work closely with teaching staff to provide high-quality support across the school day. Your role may include: Supporting pupils during sensory-based learning activities Helping pupils access communication systems Supporting physical movement and positioning Assisting with personal care and hygiene Encouraging social interaction and engagement Supporting pupils during therapy sessions Helping create a safe and positive learning environment You will play a key role in ensuring that pupils are able to participate fully in school life.
