The Role Answering the phone and dealing with any queries that come into the office with a positive and friendly approach. Support with registering candidates and adding them to the system. Sharing adverts on social media and keeping up with any queries. Payroll processing. Drafting adverts to put on social media and other advertising platforms. Going through advert responses on a daily basis. Offering excellent customer service to both candidates and clients alike. General administration duties. The Candidate:- Previous experience in a similar role. Strong Customer Service experience. Excellent administration skills and a keen eye for detail.
