Overview
We are delighted to invite applicants to the post of Associate Director of Nursing within the Division of Surgery.
Responsibilities
* Assist and support the Divisional Director of Nursing in the smooth running of the specialty within the clinical division, ensuring the delivery of divisional goals and KPIs with a focus on excellent, sustainable care delivery.
* Participate in the senior manager on-call rota.
* Work closely with the Divisional Director of Nursing to support delivery of professional standards pertaining to the clinical services.
* Support the Divisional Director of Nursing in the delivery of staff and budgetary management, ensuring that performance targets and strategic objectives are met, including supporting management of capacity and demand to achieve national and local standards.

Requirements
* Experienced, enthusiastic and highly motivated senior nurse with a passion for delivering the highest standard of care to every patient, every time.
* Experience in a wide variety of clinical settings and recent management experience.
* Ability to participate in on-call rota as required.
