This is a permanent position, offering 39 hours per week. The role is based at H&M Trafford Centre, Manchester.
Key responsibilities:
* Lead with a vision to provide the best experience for colleagues and customers
* Evaluate team performance, provide feedback, and support development and training
* Analyze and follow up on Sales & Profit KPIs for your department
* Ensure Health & Safety, legal, and security standards are met according to H&M and legal requirements
