Salary: £13.34 per hour
Hours: 22.5 hours per week
Sanctuary Supported Living is recruiting a Project Worker for our Learning Disabilities Service at Oak Lodge, Norfolk.
We deliver personalised housing, care, and support services across England to help people live independently.

Role Responsibilities:
* Supporting customers with learning and physical disabilities to maximise independence
* Providing one-to-one support as needed
* Ensuring safety through risk assessments and needs reviews
* Assessing needs and updating support plans
* Building professional relationships, respecting personal choice, privacy, and dignity
* Facilitating small group activities to promote well-being
Skills and Experience:
* Experience working with adults with disabilities or high needs
* Empathy and ability to relate to individuals with disabilities
* Ability to work under pressure
* Record-keeping and support plan development skills
* Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet use
* NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it (desirable)
