Job Description
As the Lead Security Engineer, you will oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of CCTV and access control systems for our clients. You will lead and collaborate with our sales and engineering teams, ensuring top-tier service and support.

Responsibilities
* Oversee installation of security systems including intruder alarms, CCTV, door hardware, locking systems, automatic doors, and access control at client sites.
* Ensure proper configuration and testing of systems for optimal operation.
* Lead troubleshooting and resolve system issues to ensure smooth functionality.
* Provide ongoing maintenance and support for security systems.
* Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to deliver effective solutions.
* Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Train and mentor junior engineers.
* Ensure activities comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
