What you will be doing
* Support the deployment of an updated Business Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system ensuring time, cost and delivery targets are met using project management tools and techniques.
* Work closely with other functions to build effective relationships and networks to support delivery of the ERP sub projects and tasks.
* Work with other Value Stream Management (VSM) project leaders and team members to ensure best practice is shared across the VSM.
* Work within an Agile project management framework to lead and support ERP sub projects and tasks that contribute to ERP Deployment objectives.
* Study towards a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or Business Management.
* Demonstrate a passion for the aviation industry.
* Knowledge of digital technologies and proficiency with tools like Google Workspace.
* Demonstrated experience of programming languages.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* A curious mindset with an eagerness to learn and explore new perspectives.
* Ability to analyse problems and propose systematic solutions.
* Capability to prioritise tasks effectively.

* Currently studying towards a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or Business Management.
* Passion for the aviation industry.

Security and Compliance
* Security Clearance: You will be subject to a BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) check. You may also need to gain UK SC-level Security Clearance or Export Control, depending on the role.
