Crieff Hydro Hotel

In the heart of Scotland, we’re set in a 900 acre estate in stunning Perthshire. A home from home, we’ve been welcoming generations of families for 150 years. We have 215 hotel bedrooms, 55 self-catering lodges, 6 restaurants and over 60 onsite activities – including a spa, leisure center, horse-riding center and our famously exciting Action Glen. There really is something for everyone!

About the role

This role offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you’ll assist in delivering exceptional experiences across our events, from weddings to corporate gatherings.

You’ll play a key role in the seamless execution of events, working collaboratively with other departments while ensuring our team delivers outstanding service. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills and career within an ambitious and supportive F&B team.

This is a full time, permanent position and live in accommodation is available. Depending on availability, accommodation is single occupancy with an ensuite bathroom. Live in team members have access to our canteen which offers three free meals per day.

What we need from you

1. Experience: Previous supervisory or hands on experience in a high-quality food and drink or events setting.
2. Enthusiasm: A true passion for hospitality, paired with a positive attitude and focus on creating memorable guest experiences.
3. Leadership: The ability to inspire and motivate the Banqueting and Events team, helping them perform at their best and deliver exceptional results.

What you'll be doing

4. Supervising daily operations

5. Leading and motivating your team to deliver great guest experiences

6. Ensuring smooth, efficient service of events

7. Supporting with training, onboarding, and team development

8. Working closely with the management team to meet service standards and targets

What you’ll get from us

9. A rate of £13.01 per hour plus a share of tips, spread evenlly across our team dependent on hours worked.
