This high flying US law firm who are going through a growth spurt are seeking a confident, committed and enthusiastic Legal Assistant to work for one of their biggest clients within their large Corporate team, but specifically within the Funds arena.
The role would suit a self starter who can manage their own workload, dealing mainly with formation processes within the funds market, using extensive Excel spreadsheets and inputting on databases. Also you will be required to attend and present at meetings internally and externally and be able to communicate well with lawyers within the team.
