Position Overview
An exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic nurse to join our dedicated dermatology nursing team in a 12‑month maternity cover role. This is a full‑time position offering the chance to deliver high‑quality specialist care to patients with a variety of skin conditions.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and deliver phototherapy treatments (narrowband UVB, PUVA) for patients with psoriasis and eczema, monitoring response and ensuring safety protocols.
* Administer patch testing, including application, removal, appropriate follow‑up and patient education.
* Provide support and advice to patients via the dermatology helpline, addressing medication concerns, treatment plans and follow‑up queries.
* Perform administrative duties such as scheduling patient appointments, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with departmental audits and reporting as needed.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with proven nursing experience, strong clinical skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, patient‑centred environment.
