What You'll Be Doing
* Full recruitment life-cycle management, from full brief to actively headhunting and successful offer management.
* Build an external bank of talent within your related disciplines through proactive recruitment and networking events, and innovative talent pipelining strategies.
* Proactively build the JD employer brand externally within your network, utilising social media, events and careers fairs.
* Relaying initial candidate insights to the hiring manager at critical points such as interview and offer management stages.
* Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process, ensuring candidates are well-informed and looked after at each stage of the recruitment journey.
* Ensure business areas follow a structured interview process, identifying high-performing candidates within the market that match our business requirements and values.
* Provide in-depth acquisition data to the Talent Acquisition senior leadership team and line managers for review.
* Collate, upload and manage live vacancies onto ATS, LinkedIn and other resourcing outlets.
What We're Looking For
* Experience in recruiting roles within Tech or Transformation preferred
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Experience in managing stakeholders throughout hiring cycles is advantageous.
* An excellent external network & knowledge of good acquisition practices in other leading organisations, which is kept up to date
* Proficient in using HR & ATS platforms.
* Competent in using LinkedIn Recruiter.
