Your Responsibilities:
; Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and fabric systems
; Work in accordance with PPM schedules and company procedures
; Troubleshoot and repair electrical installations, HVAC systems, plumbing, and controls
; Respond to Building Management System (BMS) alarms and perform emergency repairs
; Maintain high engineering standards to ensure efficient plant operation
; Manage subcontractors and ensure compliance with Health and Safety procedures
; Complete and update tasks on the CAFM system
; Provide technical reports and escalate major site issues as needed
; Support and deputise for the Shift Leader when required
What You'll Need:
10004; City and Guilds Level 3 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
10004; 17th or 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations (for electrical bias)
10004; Approved apprenticeship or equivalent hands:on experience in Building Services
10004; Strong fault:finding skills in electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
10004; L8 Training and a solid understanding of domestic water systems (preferred)
10004; Experience in high:end commercial/mixed developments
10004; Proactive mindset with strong communication skills
