Join Us as an Operational Support Officer - ROTL & PPU (HMP Fosse Way) LE18 4WS. Are you organised, discreet and driven by purpose? Do you thrive working with sensitive information and playing a vital role in public protection? We're looking for an Operational Support Officer (OSO) to join our Offender Management Unit. This is a hands-on role where your accuracy and calm under pressure make a real difference.

What you’ll do
* Process and review child and other applications from prisoners in line with the Public Protection Manual.
* Collate, analyse and present prisoner information to internal and external agencies.
* Produce timely reports for IRMs and MAPPA meetings.
* Manage and update ViSOR records and support intelligence gathering and security operations.
* Assist with the ROTL process and other operational support tasks as directed.
What we need from you
* OSS qualifications or demonstrable experience in a custodial/secure environment.
* Knowledge of MAPPA procedures, security practice and Serco Custodial Security Strategy (SCSS) desirable.
* Strong organisational, analytical and report-writing skills - numerate and comfortable presenting statistics.
* Absolute integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information.
* A collaborative team-player attitude with clear, confident communication.
