Monday to Friday 40 Hours per Week : 09:00 to 17:00
The Account Manager role is for an industry-leading supplier of machinery. You will join a friendly, growing team as the bridge between their technical teams and client services. This role would suit candidates with experience in contract management, account management, or project coordination. The company provides full product-related training, so candidates from any industry background are encouraged.
Responsibilities
* Provide support to customers who have purchased products and utilise the services of the aftercare team, including servicing, repair or upgrades of equipment.
* Act as the initial point of contact for customers, address enquiries and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Travel to visit customers up to 20% of the time, with occasional overnight stays (no more than twice a month).
* Provide technical support to clients: understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
* Coordinate service work, organise repairs, and identify upselling opportunities with new and previous clients.
* Account management: ensure account retention, process orders and invoicing, and create documentation for clients and engineering teams.
* Monitor quality standards and support the project management team in overseeing installs, upgrades and maintenance works.
